The Catholic Institute of Business and Technology operates four year undergraduate degree programmes as well as two-year diploma and one-year pre-university programmes. However, for the 4-year programmes, students may be admitted directly to the second year (Level 200) of the degree programme depending on the assessment and recognition of their prior learning.
The primary purpose of the Institute is to prepare men and women for successful professions in business, government, and non-government organisations; the overall goals of the Institute is to provide its graduates with skills needed to meet the challenges of the ever changing environment in which organisations operate and to equip them for advanced studies.
In the course of their four-year training programme for the bachelor’s degree at CIBT, students will have the opportunity, through CIBT’s extensive exchange programmes, to study abroad and acquire international experience in reputable universities in Canada and The United States of America. Students will also have practical work experience through attachment with relevant public and private sector organisations. The Institute offers the following undergraduate programmes:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Science in Public Administration: Local Government, Public Administration
- Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies: Religious Studies and Church Administration
- Bachelor of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
