The first years are supposed to be in  school somewhere in January, next year, we have to prepare ourselves for their coming 

We are expecting to get more students for the coming year and all of us should be well prepared for this 

In expecting our students, we are all called upon to be instruments for their calling. Each of the staff should be an agent for their calling so that we have many more students.

In this view, I call upon everyone to participate in recruiting many more students to CIBT.

It is our privilege and joy to welcome all of you – Faculty, Administration Staff and Students – to the Catholic Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT) – as we all come together to make history at this wonderful location for a University.

This Institute will begin with the following two (2) Faculties and a Department but will, in subsequent years, introduce additional Faculties and Departments:

• The Faculty of Business Administration and Management Studies
• The Faculty of Social Sciences and the Study of Religions
• The Department of Computer Sciences and Information Technology

The Institute also begins with non-degree Certificate and Diploma programmes and post-graduate Certificate and Diploma programmes in the area of Church and Ministry at its Center for the Study of Church Management. There will also be post-graduate Diploma programmes in such areas as Public Sector Management and Administration in the form of “Top-Up” courses for those with general degrees who wish to enhance their chances in the job market, etc.

Academic Degrees Awarded

The Institute will initially award Bachelor degrees to students who successfully complete the four- year academic programme. The Faculty of Business Administration and Management Studies, and the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology offers a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree while the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Study of Religions offers a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. CIBT Administration, Professors and Lecturers wish all our students a very hearty welcome to this Institute and pray that for all of us, CIBT will provide a congenial environment for personal, intellectual and spiritual growth for a fruitful and successful life.[/vc_column_text]
